It looked like Steven Schumacher's Wanderers were cruising towards their fourth consecutive win when Sam Dalby netted twice and John McAtee added a third. This clinical display had the home faithful dreaming of a straightforward afternoon. But here's where it gets controversial... the game took a sharp and unexpected turn when Luca Connell and Adam Phillips found the back of the net for Barnsley, injecting a healthy dose of jeopardy into the final stages. Bolton fielded an unchanged side from their previous triumph at Wimbledon, with Josh Sheehan and Johnny Kenny still unavailable despite returning to training after calf injuries.
